Free Standard Shipping:

Insured Express Shipping:
Cost: €4.95
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from fulfillment locations in the Netherlands, Germany or France, depending on product availability and the destination of the order.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, logistical disruptions or other unforeseen events.

Returns, Refunds and Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Consumers have statutory rights regarding withdrawal, defective products and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights provided by German or European law.

The statutory right of withdrawal generally allows consumers to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
