We currently offer two shipping options.
Free Standard Shipping
Cost: FREE
Estimated delivery time: 4–5 business days.
Insured Express Shipping
Cost: €4.95
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
The express option is insured and is intended for customers who prefer a faster delivery method.

The estimated delivery period may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Where a legally binding delivery deadline applies, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Orders are processed after successful receipt of payment and confirmation of the order.
Once the order has been dispatched, available tracking information will be provided to the customer where applicable.

Incorrect or incomplete address information may cause delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Shipping Costs and Returns
The original shipping cost is handled according to the applicable withdrawal and refund rules.
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund generally includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
Any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery option, such as Insured Express Shipping for €4.95, is generally not refunded as part of the statutory withdrawal refund.
