CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Include your order number and clearly state that you want to cancel the order.
We will try to stop the order before it is dispatched.
Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request received after the order has entered fulfillment will be possible.
If we are able to cancel the order before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.
If the Order Has Already Been Dispatched
If the order has already been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel the shipment.
In this situation, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal after receiving the goods, subject to the applicable withdrawal rules.
Consumers generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to exercise their statutory withdrawal right for an online purchase.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal
A request to cancel an order before dispatch and the statutory right of withdrawal are separate matters.
Even if an order cannot be stopped before dispatch, eligible consumers may still exercise their statutory withdrawal rights after receiving the goods.
The withdrawal period is generally 14 days.
Online Withdrawal
Where required by applicable German law, an online withdrawal function will be made available on the website to allow consumers to submit a withdrawal declaration electronically. German law requires such a function for applicable online distance contracts.
Refund After Cancellation
If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will refund the payment received for the cancelled order.
Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method.
If the cancellation is instead handled as a statutory withdrawal after delivery, the refund will be processed according to the statutory withdrawal rules and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
